If you are anything like me you will find that some plants you seem to grow effortlessly and others die in what seems like the blink of an eye.
As I mentioned in a previous post, I feel houseplants are a must in any home. The trick is to find something that appeals to you and also will thrive in your home.
The intention is not to have a “jungle” in your space but to consider the plant like you would an art piece in your home be it a statue or painting. It needs it special place to shine and contribute to the beauty of the space you call home.
Things to conside when choosing your plant:
Where are you putting it in your home
How much light will it get there (direct or indirect)
The texture of the leaves (large leaves or small, trailing or climbing, treelike or tabletop)
Whether it is safe for any pets in your home

If I don’t know the answer I will probably be able to point you in the right direction for answers.
Happy growing!
